These sessions occur once a month. Dates will appear on here, on facebook and on instagram.
Join me for an hour and a half of the very best that yoga has to offer. We’ll start by stretching out to remove any tension in the body then move on to some breathing techniques to help us relax and begin to become focused on the present moment. Finally we will take full relaxation through a Yoga Nidra which is a special guided meditation.
A lot of this takes place lying down! This is a very accessible session suitable for pretty much anyone, regardless of previous experience.
