“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self”

The Bhagavad Gita

Why not commit a little longer to some self care?
Here you will find some regular and some one off sessions, which are longer than a regular class.

Winter Nourish
Date for 2021 to be confirmed
Winter and Christmas can be stressful and draining, so come and gather your energy through yoga and meditation to prepare to look forward to the return of the light and new energy.
Renew, rebalance and reconnect to yourself and the world to find calmness again.
I’ll be teaching this workshop alongside my awesome friend Julie Lea (Julie Lea – Yoga & Therapy), an experienced practioner and teacher who focuses her teaching on reducing anxiety and stress through yoga and meditation to ultimately find peace and stillness within.
Julie and I will guide you through three hours of movement, mindfulness and meditation to help nourish your body and mind, to bring awareness to the breath and to the present moment.
This workshop will be accessible to all abilities – chairs will be available to anyone who needs to remain seated.
You will need to bring a mat, a blanket and anything else you require to make yourself comfortable e.g. an eye pillow, cushion, warm socks etc.
There will be a break for tea and cake part way through the session.
Payment needs to be made in advance to secure a place. Any cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.

Sunday Chill Out Sessions
Sunday 15 November
Sunday 13 December
3:00pm – 4.30pm
These sessions take place online via zoom at the moment

These sessions occur once a month. Dates will appear on here, on facebook and on instagram.
Join me for an hour and a half of the very best that yoga has to offer. We’ll start by stretching out to remove any tension in the body then move on to some breathing techniques to help us relax and begin to become focused on the present moment. Finally we will take full relaxation through a Yoga Nidra which is a special guided meditation.
A lot of this takes place lying down! This is a very accessible session suitable for pretty much anyone, regardless of previous experience.
