What to expect?

My classes are very mindful. I will encourage you to be fully present as you move through postures and stretches using the breath and an awareness of the connection with your surroundings.

I approach my sessions with a sense of humour and with kindness. I help people to feel grounded and present  as well as helping them to release tension from their bodies.

I offer women’s circles and feel strongly about nurturing a community whether that is online or in person. My online platform has a wide variety of offerings- flow yoga, gentle yoga, Hatha yoga, mindfulness and pregnancy yoga.

I also offer retreats and online classes via zoom.

Who am I?

My name is Anna and I’m originally from the north west of the UK but now I live in beautiful Devon, near the sea with my husband, three children and two dogs.

I was a primary school teacher for 20 years before training with the Devon School of Yoga. I’ve practised from a young age and yoga is a huge part of my life. 

I’m also a fully trained mindfulness teacher and pregnancy yoga teacher.
